Add a CommentI like it because it is funny. My favorite part is when she first went to school. Someone should read this book because it is fun to read it. ~ Madeline, age 9
This is a clever little book, kids Love it, and I have to say I really enjoy each and every one of these books. The kindergarten years in my opinion are the best, but I am a child at heart. Filled with a writing style that is almost identical to an actual child. I thoroughly enjoy Junie's outlook on life and in many ways relate to the frame of mind (I probably shouldn't admit that, but...). Filled with humor and told through the eyes of a child, what more could you want?
Reading level: grade 2. Interest level: ages 7-11. Like all of the books in the series, this one is hilarious. Junie B. Jones is off to kindergarten (that place where you don’t watch tv), and can’t wait. But, unfortunately, her first bus ride to school is a disaster! A full-colour 20th anniversary edition published in 2012. (Junie B. Jones series)
I read this book like 100 times back then. I thought I was suppose to act like her as well...
good book but sometimesit gets annoying
I read this book back in gr. 8 it was very good my teacher had a collection of these books not a lot of books she had in our classroom but some she bought them from the book order this book was very good and very silly what i mean silly i mean funny my grade school was called North Dame.
Can you please hold the book. I will be picking it up tomorrow.
My favourite part of the book was in the nurse's office using the crutches. My favourite character is Lucille. Junie B Jones did not ride the school bus and instead stayed alone at school.
Junie b jones is such an exciting character!!
Frequent use of "dumb", "stupid", "hate", no reprimand or redirect from adults, frequent use of "the boy I can beat up" (thought we all discouraged bullying these days). For us, totally inappropriate. An unchecked, rude, violent, angry little girl. Yep. We won't be getting into this series, as happy as my almost 5 year old was with it.
