This book is original and a good pick. Might not be what your used to but still nice.

Random selection from a local library's teen shelves - really great novel. I was slightly disappointed that certain elements weren't pursued further, but overall it was definitely a fantastic random pick.

This is an exquisite book I wish had existed when I was a teenager. Rossetti so perfectly captures the combination of innocence, guilt, boredom, fear, angst, curiosity, compassion, meanness, and searing intelligence experienced simultaneously by many adolescent girls that she must be a genius. Highly recommended!

Nothing cheered her up like the tears of primary school children.
