My first Furst novel and I liked it quite a bit. A good mix of "shades of grey, tedious low-level espionage" and "tense thriller about characters with high ideals." And you can't go wrong with "Nazis are evil." My only quibble is that the audiobook reader is very good except for his American accents, which make Martin Freeman sound like Daniel Day Lewis.
