In Oliver's sandwich, young Oliver is the Earl of Sandwiches' clumsy butler, and he has a huge crush on Catherine of Roastburry. But alas, Oliver is but a butler and fears Catherine will only notice him if he does something great. And that's just what Oliver does when a new type of lunch is demanded, and he invents the most famous food ever: the sandwich. In Pig Will won't, imagine a Busytown with two Pig Won'ts. That's just what happens when the ever helpful Pig Will gets a bump on the head and turns into another Pig Won't. Now Pig Won't sees just how 'difficult' he is when he says "I won't" all the time. And when Pig Will's back to his old self, Pig Won't promises to say "I Will" more often... but he WON'T say it too often. In The busiest firefighter ever, Huckle and Lowly experience the life of a firefighter when they 'join the force' for the day. Huckle loves the emergencies and daring rescues, but poor Lowly keeps getting banged and bruised. When there's a real fire, Huckle and Lowly step back to let the professionals handle it - and they sure do - by dousing a barbecue. In Manuel of Mexico, Manuel breaks his mother's cooking pot so he and his friend Pedro go to the market to buy a new one. Manuel and Pedro spot a thief in the market but all the vendors think Manuel and Pedro are just playing detective. So when Pedro and Manuel really do capture the thief red handed, they get a wonderful new pot as a reward. In The biggest catch ever, Rudolph Von Fluggel takes Lowly and Huckle in his hot air balloon and they're soon floating over Busytown - but without Rudolph. There's panic on the ground as everyone chases after the balloon until the three beggars, who are fishing for lunch, get the biggest catch ever - the balloon - and a nice picnic lunch too.
In Billy Dog gets glasses, when Billy Dog's finds out he needs glasses he thinks his life is over. Professor Dog tries to convince him that glasses are just a tool, but Billy still doesn't want to wear them. That is until he sees glasses that are just like Sergeant Murphy's goggles. Billy gives them a try and realizes glasses are a pretty good thing indeed. In Cordelia's debut, Cordelia is a dedicated stage manager during Shakespearean times who dreams of being an actress. But, during this time in history, women aren't allowed on stage - that is until it looks like the show WON'T go on and Cordelia takes center stage to play the lead role. And with the help of her assistant stage manager, Cordelia transforms Shakespeare's new play into a 'Comedy of Errors'. In Lowly joins the circus, when the circus ringmaster sees Lowly doing some tricks he gives him an offer he can't refuse: to join the circus. Lowly loves all the attention of being a circus star in the big top, but when it's time for the circus to move on, Lowly has second thoughts. He realizes being a star in his own family is what he really wants, so Lowly the Wonder Worm retires. In The big dare, when Billy Dog hears the gang telling stories about the ghosts in the abandoned mill, he boasts he's not afraid of ghosts - and he'll prove it - and dares everyone to follow him in. But when the other kids refuse, Billy goes in anyway and gets stuck, and Huckle must get Sergeant Murphy to come to the rescue.
