This is a 94-minute documentary about longevity.
Obviously nobody lives forever.
If you really want to live forever, this film makes you disappointing, but it is quite interesting that Director Mark Wexler travels worldwide
and has produced this thought-provoking, often comically poignant film that makes you think about what truly gives life meaning.

This doesn't give you a clear-cut solution, and it ignores the fact that many (most?) 7th day Adventists are vegetarian/vegan, but it is a fascinating look into the world's oldest people, their lifestyles, as well as scientists and others involved in radical life extension.
