Fine Dining is once again available at home! This is a tremendous resource! In addition to layered, full flavoured dishes, WINE PAIRINGS ARE INCLUDED! Caroline Styne presents her suggestions with explanations of why these choices are given, and then gives ballpark recommendations. Bon Appetit
