Add a CommentIrish writer Flann O'Brien (real name: Brian O'Nolan) is far less known than Joyce and Beckett, but Edna O'Brien (no relation) called them the "trinity of great Irish writers." This collection brings together miscellaneous short pieces, as well as an unfinished novel. It's for the completist to be sure. I would direct others to his unclassifiable novels, "At Swim Two-Birds" and "The Third Policeman." Erin go bragh!
Often funny and entertaining.
