Wow! Bad on so MANY levels. I'd like to get in to all of them in detail, but this comment would be longer than the book.
>Basically, there would/could be some nice action & suspense, IF most of it wasn't so incredibly absurd in the aspect of being completely unrealistic.
>The Hero becomes unlikable (a deal breaker) by his "playing God" attitude, which is continually justified by the author, even when committing criminal activity. This is aside from the continually self-deprecating "white male" theme.
>Hint to author: Keep your B.S. politics to yourself. Interjecting absurd "lectures" that are not pertinent to the story, or any of the characters, isn't even a clever way of trying a one sided argument of your erroneous beliefs.
>Less than 1/3 into the book, it's hard to imagine anyone caring anymore "who did it", or why! And actually, the story isn't even that good.
>There's enough erroneous info, & "facts" in this book to not be tolerable, even for Fiction.
This is what happens when Liberal Progressive Social Justice warriors write books...
