This twist on an old classic had me rolling on the ground in stitches! The rhymes are fresh and witty, and the illustrations are action packed. Overall, the differences are welcome. Red Riding Hood is smart and sporty, and doesn't need a woodsman to save her. The wolf is a well developed character with a full story arc. You'll have to read this book to know what I mean. I don't want to write any spoilers!

Although I did not like the 'Three Little Ninja Pigs' book, I did like this one. In this one, the wolf is corrected and forgiven, there are no words like "kicking butt", and well, this one is clean, rhyming fun with a twist that leaves everyone happy!
