In response to comment "And can you name me one thing that Reagan deliberately deceived the world", that is steeped in propaganda, hopeless case.

But let us be clear: Reagan put the Neocon doctrine of screwing foreign working class AND screwing domestic working class on steroids.

Domestically, the dismantling of social programs, labor unions and environmental protection while being bribed by Wall Street corporate elites to allow them to pillage without consequences. Trickle-down Economics was great for the elite! And all you fiscal Conservatives must have enjoyed raising the national debt from $997 billion to $2.85 trillion.

Foreign policy: same idea, crush grassroot democratic movements to allow US corporate elites to continue to pillage. A complete corporate shill like most presidents (both Carter and Clinton did their job in selling out to Wall Street, especially Clinton), Reagan just did his job better, that deceptive corporate puppet.

Its a brilliant book. A book for anyone into politics or wants to know how the country is run. The one thing that disturbed is that the author pictured Reagan as a shady conservative radical, who deliberately deceived the world with his acting talent, when that's not the Reagan I know. Sure under Clinton the economy was better, but under Reagan it wasn't bad, and he inherited a depression from Carter. And can you name me one thing that Reagan deliberately deceived the world?
