My fascination with both Southern cooking and the show Mind of a Chef continues with Edward Lee who is half of the third season of this intense look at the biographies, influences and creative process of some of the top chefs in the world. Lee (the author of the cookbook Smoke and Pickles) is a great subject drawing especially from his Asian heritage and American Southern cooking and finding the threads that tie them all together. Altogether riveting for anyone who enjoys seeing the creative process and delicious looking food!
