Tony Danza from TV show Who's The Boss was in this movie which could have been titled Who's The Goof as there were so many grunting Neanderthal slugs in search of a decent plot! Or better yet Who Cares! Disgusting sexism: "can I rape her?" [the kidnapped woman] to which the other thug replied, "only after I rape her." AFTERMATH One Man's Overreaction ~ if your reaction is not a strong gag reflex you should check for a pulse &/or have 80% of your testosterone removed!

Thanks, bmanuel! I wondered about the release date! Chris Penn died some time ago!

This movie was for shelved in 2006 and seemingly for a very understandable reason.

It just goes from being one type of movie (a comedy) to being a complete different one (a gangster movie) with little coherence.

The reason for that is pretty simple -- Chris Penn died during the filming of this movie so the movie couldn't be finished.

The director had to re-write the whole movie to make it work around the scenes that he had filmed with Chris Penn and add additional characters and sub plots.

And unfortunately it doesn't work, first half runs fairly smoothly but the second half just becomes a puddle of randomness and leaves you with more questions than answers.

It's not all bad, but there's not a lot good with it either.

But at least Chris Penn fans will finally get to see his final performance.

Warning: The language is extremely vulgar and most of the movie includes extremely gruesome scenes. I would not recommend it for anyone under 18

Script writer MIA and the cutting room had chopped off too much for the story to have a cohesive finish.

Really low budget and poorly directed. Silly storyline that isn't the least bit interesting. You could call this one a sleeper, but only because you'll probably fall asleep watching it. This is a total waste of time.
