My favorite sourdough bread book - so far! Clear, simple instructions for absolutely to-die-for sourdough. You just gotta try that Sunday Morning Bagels recipe!

Ooooh this book is too good! I hated to have to return it, and I immediately purchased my own copy because I loved it so much. I'm so excited to play around with the recipes.
