Whether you want to start meditating, or to overcome obstacles to your current practice, this little book will help you. Although the author's path (or lineage) is a different one than I have chosen, Vipassana, the straight forward instructions hold true. Susan Piver is not trying to convert you to her tradition. She is providing instructions on sitting meditation. She also describes how meditation can carry over into your "real" life. An excellent read. 5 start.
